Colorado Driver Charged In Fatal Accident

Colorado Springs police have ticketed the driver of an S-U-V that plunged nearly 400 feet down a rocky slope, claiming the life of her passenger who is a Virginia resident.

Forty-five-year-old Deborah Hughes is accused of careless driving causing death in the October 15th crash.

The victim was 45-year-old Darrell Marsh of Centerville, Virginia.

Ms. Hughes was hospitalized with injuries but has been released.
