Driver Charged After SUV Falls 400 Ft, Killing One

A woman's passenger was killed after she lost control of her SUV and went over a rocky slope, falling 400 feet.
Colorado Springs police issued a citation against the driver in connection with the death of the Virginia resident.
The driver has been identified as Deborah Hughes, 45, and is now facing charges of careless driving causing death.
The victim was identified as Darrell Marsh, 45, of Centerville, VA.
Although Hughes was taken to the hospital, she did not sustain serious injuries and was released.
